CAMBRIDGE, MA - Be the Partner, LLC., a Cambridge-based startup and subsidiary of Berlin-based Cytolon Digital Health AG announced today that they have named current Senior Vice President of Product Innovation Ryan Norris as their new Chief Technology Officer. Norris has spent the last 6 months leading efforts at Be the Partner for the market release of their platform at Dpharm: Disruptive Innovations to Advance Clinical Trials on September 10.
“Ryan has brought a unique mix of market understanding, product research and development, and a deep background in technology delivery and management that has been critical to the progress we have made in the market and as a company since he joined us in May,” said Thomas Klein, Be the Partner’s founder and CEO. “As we scale our presence in the market and further engage with industry to extend our platform to meet its needs, Ryan’s continued leadership and vision will be essential to our success and the success of our customers.”
Prior to joining Be the Partner, Norris lead technology and innovation at Cambridge-based digital Health Consultancy Medullan. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
“I believe that we are going through a revolution of how people experience the delivery of health care,” said Norris. “Technology continues to play an important role in this revolution, allowing the industry as a whole to work with patients as consumers and better understand their needs and where care delivery is failing them. I really enjoy working with our partners in the pharma industry to explore how technology can make this relationship with the health care consumer one that benefits all, and I’m looking forward to continuing my work with this team to change how we look at clinical research.”
