Not everyone agrees that golf carts are a good idea. There are those people who think they should be banned and everyone should be required to walk between golf shots.
Most people accept there are good resons for some people to use golf carts. Some elderly and infirm players are able to play golf only because they are able to use golf carts to travel between their golf strokes and on to the next hole.
So long as they are used sensibly a golf cart should not intrude too much into anybody’s enjoyment of their game and they are a useful asset for those who have little time for their golf or who find it difficult to walk a whole round.
