When you jump you should jump using all of the right techniques. The following are different techniques to jump higher for you to try with your jump. The first is swinging your arms. Swinging your arms gives you extra momentum to help you explode into the air. You should also focus on how high you want to jump. When you do, it gives you motivation to know where you want to reach, which will help you reach that height. The last thing you should do is gather every muscle in your leg that you have. You need to push off using all of your leg muscle fibers and you will jump higher.
