I think that as a mother of either your first child or your sixth child the most important thing that you can do for your sanity and for the sanity of your child is to make sure that you have them on a a regular sleeping pattern. It may be tough and you may want to switch up their routines all the time but my Baby Sleep Tips require that you stick to a plan for the first year of life. It has worked for me and although I only have 2 and they are both under the age of 2, we get a lot of sleep in the house because of regular sleep patterns.
