I am in charge of sending out bingo alerts.

I am a volunteer fireman. I help out with the weekly bingo games that are held to help raise money for the organization. Sometimes, I call the numbers. Soemtimes, I sell the specials during the evening. I am in charge of sending out bingo alerts. The players can give me their email address. When we are hosting super bingos on special days, I email all of the people on the list, so they will be aware of the special event. I send out an original email to let people know about the event. Then I send out a couple of reminders before the day arrives.
