How many people can say they own a second home in Bulgaria? Nobody I know, except for my father in law. He is from Europe originally, Greece to be exact, and he is pretty familiar with some prime locations that are excellent investment opportunities. So when he stumbled upon some property investments in Bulgaria, of course he had to jump at the chance to purchase one of them. It’s a beautiful piece of front-line marina property with the Black Sea as its back yard. Luckily we now have a brand new vacation spot to visit each year, as I’m sure we will be visiting as often as he will let us.
