Kitchen Skylight

When we built our new home we wanted to take advantage of natural lighting as much as possible.  In our kitchen our contractor had recommended that we put in florescent lights above the center island and breakfast table.  That seemed like a good idea for night time kitchen work but we wanted a skylight for the daytime.   We found a skylight manufacturer that could provide a skylight in the size and shape that we needed and passed the information on to the contractor.  He was so impressed by the difference it made in our kitchen lighting that he now recommends them for all the homes he builds.
