Scar due to acne

In searching  zenmed scar treatment reviews I wanted to know if I would be able to rid the scarring once and for all.  But found that it is contingent not only on the product.  My condition was hormonal.  My scarring would be caused by ingrown hairs on my chin and neck.  So if the hair grew back ingrown and scarring occurred it was not a reflection on the product but rather a reflection on the hormonal issues I was having.  Seeing a dermatologist is critical in any skin treatment as knowing the cause is equally important as the treatment if not more.
