Exercise induced asthma takes place when someone runs or does exercise, which occurs a lot with young people because they exercise more than adults do. Therefore, breathing rate increases. Asthmatic people’s airways are irritable. Therefore, what is normal for other people can cause exercise induced asthma symptoms. They should consume the same amount of air in every exercise. Outdoor running is worse than swimming or indoor running. However, chlorine rich pools can affect asthmatics and should be avoided. Exercise time must be restricted to no more than six minutes. Asthmatics should warm up with short exercise spurts or exercise that do not cause and attack.
