India for medical tourism

I’d never given much thought to medical tourism, and I was principally averse to getting any medical procedures done in a third-world country. However, my recent visit to India changed the way I perceive Asian countries in general and India in particular. My daughter insisted on getting her dental work done at a hospital in Bangalore, India. At first my wife and I discouraged her, but when we visited the hospital and saw for ourselves the facilities they have and the kind of top-notch equipment they use, our resolve weakened. The dentist’s confident approach put us further at ease and we went ahead and let Cynthia have a ‘smile designing’ done. The results were dramatic! I was thoroughly impressed.
