Drinking Your Way to Health

My husband and I have decided to get healthy. We’re both 50 and have not been taking the best care of ourselves. One of the things we’re doing along with eating healthier and exercising is drinking green tea. The benefits of green tea are many. Green tea is known to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Green tea contains many antioxidants that can help bring on good health. It can help the memory of those who suffer from Alzheimer’s and can help reduce some cancers. A healthier diet, exercise and the addition of multivitamins and minerals and drinking green tea will definitely help us to live healthier lives.
