Many women, including myself, want to get flat abs. We scour magazines looking for solutions to getting rid of belly fat. We flip the channels, search online, even ask advice from our closest and not so closest friends. But getting flat abs isn’t easy.
One thing you can do to get flat abs is start exercising. Aerobics burns calories through cardiovascular activity, which causes you to lose fat from your entire body. Toning does you no good so long as you still have excess fat. So the best thing is to start with the exercises! I recommend bicycling on a stationary bicycle as a slow but steady way to burn calories.
