If you want to do yoga for height increase, select poses that stretch and elongate the body, especially the spine. Downward dog, in which the body forms a triangle with the hands and feet on the floor, is a good stretch for the spine and the legs.
The backward bend is a more extreme stretch for the spine.In this pose, you lie on your back and bring your feet to the floor behind your head, keeping your knees straight. It’s a good idea to bend the spine in the opposite direction afterward. The cobra pose, in which you lie on your stomach and arch upward as far as possible, is a good follow-up to the backward bend.
