My Motor Home Adventures
August 15th, 2008 — Autos
I remember taking a vacation with my family to Colorado in a motor home when I was in eighth grade. I thought it was so exciting to travel with your own home away from home. All american motor homes are great but ours was very comfortable and cozy. We went panning for gold, visiting old abandoned mining towns, hiking, and shopping. I was always glad that we never had to worry about which hotel we were going to stay in or unpacking and repacking. I loved the fact that the couch folded out to make a bed. We could take all the foods we loved along with us instead of worrying about whether or not I could get the kind of macaroni and cheese I liked at a hotel. I recently bought a motor home of my own and look forward to new adventures.

Looking for a Car Carrier?
August 8th, 2008 — Autos
Are you looking for a car carrier to take your vehicle from one state to another? Many people stress over how when moving, or relocating for a business, they can get their cars to the new destination. A car carrier will safely transport your car from its original home, to the new surroundings. These companies not only put your mind at ease about the safety of your car, but they also lift the pressure from your shoulders that comes with having to figure out how to get your car from New York to California for example. So whether you’re relocating because of your job, your child is moving away to college, or you’ve recently married and are moving to your new home, a car carrier will bring your vehicles right to your brand new doorway. Moving brings on enough stress and pressure, and transporting your car should not be a reason for that.
The greatest idea I’ve seen yet
August 7th, 2008 — Autos
I was reading about the new electric motorcycle hybrids and started to really think about this. With a motorcycle you can pretty much go for a week on one fill up. These bikes get great gas mileage and since their not towing a 5 ton vehicle the power goes further. The hybrid however charges the batteries and makes its much more economical because it would use the batteries until they drain and then kick over to gas, then back to batteries because they charge as you drive. I can easily see getting a lot of mileage per gallon on a motorcycle.
Anyone buy water for gas?
August 6th, 2008 — Autos
I heard about this new technology that lets you convert your car into a “water hybrid.” Does anyone know anybody who can buy water for gas or does so themselves? I have a HEMI powered Dodge Ram because I do a lot of hauling, but the fuel cost are about to push me to the point of needing an alternative fast. A diesel would not really help me much because it cost so much more than regular unleaded, so I have been looking into ways to boost fuel economy and heard about water powered cars, or convertor kits to make your vehicle into one.
Taking The Time To Run A Free VIN Number Report
August 5th, 2008 — Autos
There are a lot of joys to be had in buying a car. Finding the model you want for the right price can seem like a dream come true. Unfortunately, it may very well be just that: a dream.
You might be surprised to learn how many untrustworthy vehicles are on the market. Getting a free vin number report will give you the inside track on any potential issues you might expect to cross when buying a car.
Taking the time to run a report will let you know whether the car has a salvage title, flood title, accident reports, or other potential red flags. You’ll be glad you took this little extra step.
