Whenever their mobile phone gets locked, people usually bitch around.  It is just normal and understandable human reaction.  What is hard not so fathomable is why they allow this thing to even happen when there are mobile phones that are incapable of locking itself up in the first place.  Buying unlocked cell phones that cannot ever be locked is the solution to avoid that irritating thing from happening.  Prevention is better than cure they say.  There are used unlocked cell phones available including the high-end Blackberry Pearl units.  While it is possible to unlock a cell phone, you actually have the choice to buy unlocked cell phones in the first place.  Why bother?  The aggressive competitions between various mobile phone service providers have enabled company networks to lock you up sometimes.  These phone companies are most anxious to lock you into using their service and this is the purpose for locking them.  When you own an unlocked phone, you have the freedom to choose your own service - the stuff you need and the stuff that you just want.
