The Burden Of An Emotional Affair

I love my family so much. I really am thinking about them all the time and all I am aiming for is for them to be happy and secured. However, I am guilty to say that I was involved in an emotional affair.  It was not something that I intended to do. I tried my best to be tied to the marriage and I was caught by surprise when I caught my self in the middle of an emotional affair. It was hard and I felt so guilty. I took the courage and sought help so I can fin an escape out of the emotional affair that is on the verge of breaking my world apart.
