We finally decided to buy a house. My wife and I were very excited and started looking for the right loan for us. Our excitement soon deflated because there are literally thousands of bankers and dozens of different types of loans to choose from. My mom suggested that we get a bond originator to help us. Bond originators, as it turns out, are quite useful. Their job is to assist their client (in this case us) find the right loan at the right bank and at the best rate. We did not have to do anything except fill out some forms that asked questions to establish what we could qualify for. It made the house buying process so much easier. Thanks mom!
