Let’s take a look at some official events like a Christmas party in the office. The first thing that bumps into your mind is the location or venue. Of course, you don’t want to make your office a mess with food, drinks and bits and pieces of decoration that are just bound to appear after the big night. Also, to set the party mood, the office is not-so-good a choice. Choose an outside location that is convenient to most of the employees. Have a vote about what kind of environment you all want in your Christmas party, does everybody want a corporate environment or rather homely atmosphere would be preferable.
