When I got married 8 years ago, I had no intentions of ever getting a tattoo. My husband being a former navy guy had a couple and I gave him a couple more as anniversary or birthday presents over the years.
I never was sure if I love tattoos or hate them.
Some of the artwork is just beautiful and well done but man there are some ugly people wearing them and some even worse artwork out there.
I do have my own tattoo which I got after the birth of our first daughter. It is small and inconspicuous but is the testament to the pain of childbirth and the love I have for my kiddo.
